Shipping and order policy

Every day, we deliver to customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The current time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders, which takes approximately 2–4 days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders usually take between 10 and 15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer due to COVID. However, depending on your location and customs it may take longer.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery details. We ship to the customer address provided, and once shipped, we cannot take responsibility for lost items as a result of an incorrect shipping address. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page or via info@mixfeels.com

If you ordered several items, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes so they might not always arrive together on the same day.

Returns policy

Exchanges / Returns

We know that you will love what you ordered, but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the same item within 7 days from the date of delivery as recorded by the shipping provider. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that for made-to-order items, including custom designs and certain decorative pieces, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

In the event of a cancellation, a 5% fee will apply to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify.

You have the option to receive either a gift card or a refund to your original payment method with fee for Shopify as said before.

Mixfeels does not cover return shipping costs. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will begin processing it, which typically takes 2-3 business days.
